Complaints

At Purple Cow, you’re part of our herd, and we take care of our herd. If something isn’t sitting right, we’ll listen and help make it right. Here’s exactly how, including your right to contact the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS).

Step 1: Start here

Talk to us

Most of the time, we can sort things out right here. Our support team takes real pride in going above and beyond for every member of our herd. They can see your account and handle most of what you need on the spot. Call, text, or email, whichever suits you, and let us know what’s going on and what a good outcome looks like for you.

Step 2: If you need more help

Ask for a senior agent

If the first conversation doesn’t get you where you need to be, just ask for a senior agent or supervisor. They’ll take ownership of your case, so you won’t have to explain everything again from the start. You can ask for this any time, through any of the channels above.

Step 3: A fresh set of eyes

Ask our leadership team to review

Most inquiries are sorted out well before this step. But if you’d still like a fresh set of eyes, ask our leadership team to review your case personally. They’ll have the full picture, and the authority to make a call.

You’ll hear back from us in one business day.

Where we send your reference number and confirmation.

Asking leadership to review your case is optional. It doesn’t affect your right to contact the CCTS, and you don’t have to do this first.

Step 4: Independent review

Contact the CCTS

Most concerns are sorted out well before this stage. If we haven’t gotten there together, the CCTS is a free, independent option.

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS). CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you. To learn more about CCTS, you may visit its website at www.ccts-cprst.ca or call toll-free at 1-888-221-1687.
